Motion Picture Association
Objective
As the Digital Media Intern for Motion Picture Association, my main responsibilities were creating social content for the organization's Instagram account, helping to update the website, brainstorming campaign strategies with the Digital Media team, and writing articles for their online film magazine The Credits.
Design Approach
Although the traditions of the Motion Picture Association are long-standing, the digital media aspect within their communications is fairly new. Therefore, it was important for me to help build our impact and our outreach to wider audiences online. I wanted to help embody the mission of supporting filmmakers and their member studios through my socials and article production, thus preserving the significance of this well-established entertainment powerhouse. I took on a celebratory angle with much of what I produced, highlighting key contributions and thinking of new ways to get people excited about films and TV.
